As a result of the circumstances of LBIE's administration, LBIE's records may not reflect an accurate statement of its holding in shares of the company. Discrepancies may arise, for example, as a result of trades which were executed prior to the administration of LBIE not being settled as between the parties post-administration, and as a result of the termination of contracts between LBIE and its counterparties (e.g. derivatives transactions under master agreements, and the liquidation of positions by third parties).
