Board Changes

DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland, is pleased to announce that, further to the proposed Board Changes announced on 10 October 2023, regulatory due diligence has been carried out by the Company's Nomad and the appointment of Stoffel Thijs as Non-Executive Director, will be effective from 1 January 2024.

The following disclosures are required regarding Stoffel's appointment pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules").

Full name: Derk ("Stoffel") Christoforus Thijs

Age: 42

As of today, Stoffel is beneficially interested in 6,169,938 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.87% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Save as set out above, there is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
