LONG TERM INCENTIVE AWARDS TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

The Remuneration Committee of Diploma PLC has approved the grant of long-term incentive Awards of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Diploma PLC to the Executive Directors on 29 November 2021 under the Diploma PLC 2020 Performance Share Plan ("PSP"):

The Awards are subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three-year performance period ending 30 September 2024 and the number of Ordinary Shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares which may vest in connection with these Awards.
A summary of the PSP, including the performance conditions relating to these Awards, is set out in the Annual Report & Accounts 2021 that will be sent to Shareholders in due course. A further announcement will be made when the Annual Report & Accounts is dispatched to Shareholders. The Annual Report & Accounts 2021 will also be available on the Company's website at www.diplomaplc.com
