Directorate Change - Chairman

As announced on 12 November 2014, John Nicholas has today been appointed Chairman of Diploma PLC, following the retirement of John Rennocks from the Board at the close of the Annual General Meeting.

John Nicholas has been appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee and has resigned as Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Audit Committee. John Nicholas has also stood down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, but remains a member of this Committee.
