Announcement: Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Robert Knapp as a director of the Company with effect from 23 May 2024.

Mr Knapp represents Ironsides Partners LLC who currently have an interest of 60,082,972 shares in the Company.

Mr Knapp has served as a director of numerous investment companies listed on recognised stock exchanges. He is currently a director of Barings BDC, Inc. and Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp., both of which are listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and Africa Opportunity Fund Limited, which is listed on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange.
