Final dividend timetable

Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading SaaS provider of an all-in-one customer experience and data platform (CXDP), announced on 7 November 2023 the Board's proposal to pay a final dividend totalling 1.0p per share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2023.

This will be presented to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company due to be held in December 2023.

If approved, the dividend will be paid on 31 January 2024 to shareholders on the register of members on 12 January 2024, the ex-dividend date will be 11 January 2024.
