Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, has been informed that George Kasparian, Finance Director and Company Secretary, purchased 1,426 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 84.8 pence per Ordinary Share between 1 April 2022 and 1 November 2022 (the "Transaction"). Following the Transaction, Mr. Kasparian has an interest in 127,618 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent of issued share capital of the Company.
