dotDigital Group Plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, was notified on 25th February 2014 that on 24th February 2014, certain Directors of the Company as detailed below reduced their holdings in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy strong demand from institutional investors:
