Board Appointment, Operational Board Changes and Senior Management appointments

Appointment of CFO

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM: DOTD), the UK's leading provider of intuitive email marketing and marketing automation software and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Milan Patel, aged 29 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Director. This appointment is with immediate effect.

Milan joined dotMailer in 2007 and was appointed as Company Secretary of the Group in 2009. Milan is a Chartered Certified Accountant and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. Over the last seven years he has guided the Company through its reverse acquisition of West End Ventures PLC onto the Plus Market and latterly the successful Introduction of the Company onto the AIM market. Milan has been instrumental in supporting the rapid organic growth of the Company being responsible for financial management, planning, reporting, risk, regulatory compliance and governance and most recently the implementation of dotDigital's maiden dividend. Milan has over 8 years' experience in Finance and Accounting.

Milan is the beneficial holder of 382,078 ordinary shares of dotDigital ("Ordinary Shares"), which equates to a beneficial interest in 0.14% of the total issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company, and holds options over 2,087,397 Ordinary Shares under the Company's EMI option scheme.

Operational Board Change

Gordon "Skip" Fidura, Client Services Director, who has been with dotDigital since 2009, will be moving from the dotDigital plc Board to the Company's Operational Board to focus on revenue growth across email related value added services.

Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive, added:

"Skip's focus now, as part of the Operational Board, will be invaluable to drive the continued revenue growth of our email related value added Services."

Senior Appointments

dotDigital has continued to invest in new senior hires as the Company continues to focus on developing a higher value marketing automation business.

Peter Duffy joins as Senior Business Development Manager, targeting large enterprise opportunities and comes to dotDigital with 18 years' experience in the digital marketing space, including eDialog (eBay Enterprise), Teradata and Responsys. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School.

Chris Boddice joins the Operational Board as Marketing Director from ODEON Cinemas where he was a dotMailer client. He brings over 20 years of marketing experience in B2B and B2C through traditional and digital channels at brands such as Ford, Sainsbury's and O2 as well as integrated agencies such as EHS and TBWA\ GGT.
