DOMINO'S PIZZA GROUP PLC

SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that from today until 31 December 2018 it will commence a discretionary programme to purchase up to £32 million of the Company's ordinary shares of 25/48 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") (the "Programme"). The £32 million represents the balance remaining of the £50 million, less the £18 million purchased by the Company in this year to date, as announced by the Company on 8 March 2018.

The purpose of the Programme is to reduce the Company's share capital and accordingly the Company intends to cancel the Ordinary Shares purchased under the Programme.

Any purchases will be conducted in compliance with the relevant conditions for trading, restrictions regarding time and volume, disclosure and reporting obligations, and price conditions. The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished Inside Information.

The Programme will be conducted by the Company in accordance with and under the terms of the general authority granted by the Company's shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20 April 2017, which authority will expire at the end of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company in 2018 or, if earlier, at the close of business on 20 July 2018 ("2017 Authority"), Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules and the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014/EU dealing with buy-back programmes.  Purchases effected following the expiry of the 2017 Authority will be conditional on a similar shareholder authority being granted at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 19 April 2018. 

The aggregate maximum consideration payable by the Company in respect of the purchase of shares under the Programme up to 31 December 2018 is £32 million. The maximum number of shares that may be purchased under the Programme is 49,196,705 (being the number of shares able to be purchased under the 2017 Authority), less the 10,480,070 shares purchased to date under this authority.
