PRE-AGM PRESENTATION
Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") advises that a presentation has been uploaded to the Company's website ahead of the Company's Annual General Meeting being held at 10.00 am on Thursday 22 April 2021.
As previously announced, the government-issued rules do not enable a wider physical meeting to take place in England. The Company will, therefore, be holding the AGM with the minimum attendance required to form a quorum and shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM.
As advised in the AGM circular, a pre-AGM presentation has been made available on the Company's website. The presentation can be accessed at: https://investors.dominos.co.uk/investors/shareholder-information/agm-information
