DOMINO'S PIZZA GROUP PLC
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 18 December 2019, David Wild, Chief Executive Officer, exercised an option over 947,652 shares awarded on 30 May 2014 under the Company's 2012 Long-term Incentive Plan. Mr Wild has sold sufficient shares to cover his liability to income tax and national insurance contributions arising on exercise of the award. Following the exercise, Mr Wild's holding in the Company's shares has increased to 632,734 ordinary shares.
