The Company announces that it has been notified that Ije Nwokorie, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, purchased 112,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 12 June 2026 at a price of £0.761 per Ordinary Share.
