NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 6 October 2016, William Reeve, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 822.8p pence per share.

Mr Reeve's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 0.001% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
