NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 2 August 2016, John Browett, the Chief Executive, purchased 4,534 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 860.5p pence per share.

Mr Browett's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 27,785 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
