Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified of the following dealings in the Company's shares by its directors and their connected persons:
On 6 March 2012, Matt Davies, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 4,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, at a price of 499p per share.
Following the transactions set out above, Mr Davies has a beneficial holding of 4,500 ordinary shares of the Company, 0.002% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
