Annual General Meeting Results
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 31 October 2008 the shareholders of the Company duly passed all of the resolutions that were proposed.
Two copies of the resolutions passed today at the Annual General Meeting are being submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's viewing facility, which is situated at:
