DIVIDEND DECLARATION

ORDINARY PREFERENCE SHARE

Overview

Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited (LSE:DNA3) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Declaration of Dividend

In line with the distribution policy the directors of the Company have declared a fourth interim dividend of 2.0625 pence per Ordinary Preference Share in respect of the financial period ending 31 March 2016.

This dividend will be payable on or around 29 January 2016 to holders on record 15 January 2016. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 14 January 2016.

Future dividend payments are anticipated to be declared and paid on a quarterly cycle as per the Prospectus subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Investment Objectives and Policy

The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its Shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft (the "Assets").

In the pursuit of its investment objective the Company has used the net proceeds of placings and other equity capital raisings, together with debt facilities (or instruments), to acquire four Airbus A380 aircraft which have each been leased on twelve years terms to Emirates Airlines ("Emirates"), the national carrier owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Company aims to provide Shareholders with an attractive total return comprising income, from distributions through the period of the Company's ownership of the Assets, and capital, upon the sale of the Assets.
