Proposed Subdivision, Acquisition, Placing, Demerger (and related issues) and change of name

Result of General Meeting

Further to the announcement of 25 August 2015, OXACO is pleased to confirm that at the General Meeting held today all resolutions relating to the Proposals were duly passed.

The expected timetable for implementation of the Proposals is as follows:

The proposed change of name of the Company to Cronin Group PLC (AIM:CRON) will take effect when the certificate of incorporation on change of name has been lodged with Companies House and received by London Stock Exchange.

(3) All events in the above timetable following the holding of the General Meeting are conditional upon: (i) the passing of the Resolutions; (ii) approval of the Capital Reductions by the High Court; and (iii) registration of the High Court Order confirming the Capital Reductions with the UK Registrar of Companies.
