Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement of 25 August 2015, OXACO is pleased to confirm that at the General Meeting held today all resolutions relating to the Proposals were duly passed.
The expected timetable for implementation of the Proposals is as follows:
Ex-entitlement date for the proposed Subdivision | 11September 2015 |
Record Date for the proposed Subdivision | 14 September 2015 |
Dealings in New Ordinary Shares (following Subdivision) expected to commence | 15 September 2015 |
Expected date for crediting CREST accounts | 15 September 2015 |
Expected date of completion of the Acquisition | 15 September 2015 |
Expected date of High Court hearing to confirm the Capital Reductions | 7 October 2015 |
Expected effective date for the Capital Reductions | 14 October 2015 |
Expected date for completion of the Demerger

The proposed change of name of the Company to Cronin Group PLC (AIM:CRON) will take effect when the certificate of incorporation on change of name has been lodged with Companies House and received by London Stock Exchange.
