Award of Share Options

Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group PLC announces that on 16 December 2008 it granted options over 1,050,000 ordinary shares (in accordance with the terms of the Company's EMI Options Plan) (together the "Options") to three recently appointed senior managers. Of these options, 284,358 options are exercisable at £0.01 and the balance of 765,642 at £0.165, being the mid-market price at the date of approval.
The options will vest 3 years from the senior managers' respective dates of joining with 350,000 vesting on 1 April 2011, 350,000 vesting on 11 August 2011 and 350,000 vesting on 11 December 2011.
The issued share capital of the Company is 185,619,038 ordinary shares of 1p each.
