UPDATE ON APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (Euromoney) today announces that the Board has made permanent the appointment of John Botts as non-executive Chairman of the Company. Mr Botts was appointed Chairman on an interim basis in November 2015.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr Botts said: "It is an honour to serve as Chairman of the Board of Euromoney. I look forward to continuing to work with the Board, with Andrew and the with the whole management team to deliver our strategy for the benefit of all shareholders".
Andrew Rashbass, Chief Executive, said: "John's knowledge of the Company and his skill and experience on the Board and in many of the markets we serve make him the ideal person to chair the Company. I am delighted that John has accepted the Board's invitation to continue in this role on a permanent basis".
