Derwent London PLC (the "Company") announces that it has made a block listing application for 7,875,787 ordinary shares in the Company with a nominal value of 5p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange.
This block listing application has been made in relation to the conversion of the £175m 2.75% Convertible Bonds 2016 issued by Derwent London Capital (Jersey) Limited (the "Bonds").
The Shares will be allotted to holders of the Bonds who exercise their conversion rights in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with existing ordinary shares in the Company.
Admission is expected to be effective on 24 December 2014.
