De La Rue plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") to a Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in the ordinary shares of 44 152/175p of the Company ("Shares").
De La Rue Performance Share Plan ("PSP")
On 5 July 2021, the PCA listed below completed an exercise of nil-cost options over Shares granted under the PSP on 27 June 2017, following the vesting of that award on 27 June 2021. All of the shares resulting from this exercise were sold in the market on the same date.
