LICENCE AGREEMENT
Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC ("the Company") announces that the agreement toΒ licence the trademark rights toΒ Jago's Vodka Cream liqueur referred to inΒ the Company'sΒ announcement of 28 May 2008 hasΒ been signed. The terms of the licence are that 35% of the net brand contribution after all promotionalΒ expenditureΒ is payable toΒ Shetland Spirit Company Ltd (in Administration)Β ("the Licensor")Β forΒ a period ofΒ 4 years. At the end of thisΒ period,Β the Company has the right to acquireΒ the trademarkΒ from the LicensorΒ forΒ consideration ofΒ Β£1. Jago's Vodka Cream liqueur, a premium product created by Tom Jago,Β part of the team which created Baileys, isΒ produced in Scotland from pure Scottish cream and fills a gap in theΒ Company'sΒ portfolio of premium spirits providing both potential incremental business both in the UK and in overseas markets.
