Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC09 August 2005 BLAVOD EXTREME SPIRITS PLC (the "Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING On 7 December 2004 the Company announced that Extreme Beverage Company, LLC("Extreme") was interested in 8,469,525 ordinary shares of 1p each ("OrdinaryShares") and that this holding included 985,100 Ordinary Shares held by Extremeas bare trustee for SD Partners, LLC ("SD Partners"). On 5 August 2005, the Company was informed by Extreme that it ceased to beinterested in these 985,100 Ordinary Shares as they had been transferred out ofExtreme's name. Following this transfer, Extreme now holds 7,484,425 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 11.44 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Jeffrey Hopmayer, a director of the Company, is interested in 670.7 units outof a total of 1,004.59 units in the share capital of Extreme.
