Establishment of Dialight Asia Pte Limited
Dialight plc ("Dialight") is pleased to announce the establishment of Dialight Asia Pte Limited, a joint venture with Lumina Holdings Systems Limited ("Lumina") based in Singapore. Dialight Asia will be responsible for the promotion and sale of Dialight industrial white lighting products in South East Asia.
The new Company will be largely supplied from Dialight's new facility in Penang, Malaysia and will address key oil and gas markets in the region. As well as a number of sales personnel who will be transferred from Lumina, Dialight Asia will recruit further sales people to take full advantage of these new opportunities as they arise.
