Dialight PLC02 January 2007 Dialight plc 2 January 2007 DIALIGHT PLC The board of directors of Dialight plc (the "Company") has confirmed that theholders of redeemable non-cumulative preference shares of 75 pence each ("BShares") in the Company who are on the register at close of business on 29December 2006 will be paid an interim dividend on 10 January 2007 of 1.28 penceper share (being 70 per cent. of six month LIBOR) in respect of the period from1 July 2006 to 31 December 2006 (inclusive) in accordance with the rightsattaching to the B Shares, as set out in the articles of association of theCompany.
