Dialight announces major European order of industry leading LED High Bays
High brightness Dialight fixtures prove 1 year payback, reduce operating costs, cooling requirements for large distribution centre in Germany
Farmingdale, NJ (DATE) - Dialight (LSE: DIA.L), the innovative global leader in LED lighting technology, today announced it has secured a European order for 1,149 of its high lumen output DuroSite® LED High Bay lighting fixtures for a large distribution centre in Germany.
The customer, a leading online retailer with more than 25 sites in Europe, selected the Dialight units for their superior energy efficiency and reliability.
The project has a payback of less than one year, producing annual energy savings over €300,000, as well as additional maintenance cost savings. The facility which operates its lighting nearly 24 hours a day also highlighted the significant reduction of heat produced by the lighting with the switch to Dialight's LED fixtures and the consequent savings in energy cost.
