The Company has been notified that Bill Ronald, Chairman, purchased 2,350 shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £10.55 per share on 14 November 2012. Following this transaction Bill Ronald now holds a total of 15,850 ordinary shares, representing 0.049% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification was received by the Company on 15 November 2012 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
