The Company has been notified that, on 14 March 2018 Stephen Bird, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 3,728 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company (the ''Transaction'').
Following the Transaction, Stephen Bird now holds a total of 41,728 ordinary shares, representing 0.128% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
This notification was received by the Company on 14 March 2018 and was made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation and Disclosure Transparency Rules.
