PDMR Shareholding
Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, hereby announces that following the vesting on 8 April 2024 of conditional awards granted pursuant to the rules of the Dialight PLC 2014 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") which entitled those granted the conditional awards to acquire ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each at nil cost in the Company ("Ordinary shares") subject to continued employment it has been notified that, on 11 April 2024, the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR's) have exercised their conditional awards:

Following the exercise of the options the Company has also been informed that Rizwan Ahmad sold 7,476 Ordinary shares at 169.2701p per shares and Matthew Boudiette also sold 9,023 Ordinary shares at 169.2701p per share to cover their respective tax liabilities.
Following the above transactions, Rizwan Ahmad is interested in a total of 51,609 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital while Matthew Boudiette is interested in a total of 41,772 Ordinary shares representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
