Roxboro Group PLC30 June 2005 THE ROXBORO GROUP PLC30 June 2005 B SHARE DIVIDEND DECLARATION The board of directors of The Roxboro Group PLC (the "Company") has confirmedthat the holders of redeemable non-cumulative preference shares of 75 pence each("B Shares") in the Company who are on the register at close of business on 29June 2005 will be paid an interim dividend on 7 July 2005 of 1.28 pence pershare (being 70 per cent. of six month LIBOR) in respect of the period from 1January 2005 to 30 June 2005 (inclusive) in accordance with the rights attachingto the B Shares, as set out in the articles of association of the Company.
