AGM Trading Update

Dialight plc ("Dialight" or "the Group"), the leading LED lighting technology company, today publishes a trading update for the three months to 31 March 2016, in advance of its Annual General Meeting to be held later today.

Demand for our market-leading products within the Lighting segment remained in line with management expectations.

The board continues to target underlying EBIT growth for the Group's full year performance.

The Group's results for the six months ending 30 June 2016 are expected to be released on 2 August 2016.
