iShares $ S&P Glbl Water01 August 2007 European Exchange Traded Fund Company plc - Re: Company Name Change 31 July 2007 Statement regarding the company name change of European Exchange Traded FundCompany plc ("EETF Co" or "the Company") At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held 27 March 2007, the proposalto change the Company's name to iShares II plc was approved. The implementationof the new Company name was estimated to take place on or around 31 July 2007. It has become necessary to postpone the implementation of the Company namechange to occur on or around 1 October 2007 ("the Implementation Date"). Thisis to accommodate the revision of certain regulatory documentation of theCompany which is currently in process.
