Director Dealings
Defenx PLC (AIM:DFX), the mobile security solutions company, announces that, pursuant to the placing and subscription announced on 7 October 2016 and following the passing of all resolutions at the Company's General Meeting held on 26 October 2016, Andrea Stecconi, Chief Executive Officer, and Philipp Prince, Chief Financial Officer, were issued 218,750 and 31,250 new ordinary shares of £0.018 each ("Ordinary Shares") respectively on 27 October 2016 (the "Director Subscriptions").
Andrea Stecconi transferred 218,750 Ordinary Shares to North Investment SA, a company which he wholly owns, on 27 October 2016 and his aggregate beneficial interest remains unchanged as a result of this transfer.
Following the Director Subscriptions, Andrea Stecconi is beneficially interested in 1,826,836 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,608,086 Ordinary Shares are held directly and 218,750 Ordinary Shares are held through North Investment SA, representing, in aggregate, approximately 21.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Philipp Prince is now beneficially interested in 71,255 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and, in addition, he holds 167,000 options over Ordinary Shares.
