DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')

On behalf of the Company, we wish to advise that Mr Neil John Galloway has been appointed as Group Finance Director of the Company in place of Mr Alec Tong with effect from 1st October 2013.

In compliance with LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (the 'FCA'), the directorship held by Mr Galloway in other publicly quoted companies in the previous five years is set out below:

We confirm that there are no other details in respect of Mr Galloway as required under LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the FCA which need to be disclosed by the Company.
