NEIL GALLOWAY TO JOIN DAIRY FARM AS GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR

22nd April 2013 - Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited today announced that Neil Galloway is to join the Company as Group Finance Director in the third quarter of the year. He will replace Alec Tong, who is moving to another role within the Jardine Matheson group.

Mr Galloway is currently Finance Director of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, which he joined in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) from the University of Edinburgh. His career began with Midland Montagu (later HSBC Investment Bank) in 1990 in London with subsequent overseas postings, including France, Hong Kong and the Philippines. He joined ABN AMRO Bank in 2000, where he held a range of senior positions in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, with his last role as Managing Director, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions/Equity Capital Markets, Asia.

Mr Galloway will join the Group on completion of his current employment, which is expected to be in the third quarter of 2013.
