DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')
On behalf of the Company, we wish to advise that:
(i) Mr Michael Kok Pak Kuan will retire as Group Chief Executive of the Company with effect from 31st December 2012. He will remain as a non-executive Director of the Company.
(ii) Mr Graham Denis Allan has been appointed a Director and Group Chief Executive of the Company with effect from 1st January 2013.
(iii) Mr Ronald John Floto will retire from the Board of the Company with effect from 31st December 2012.In compliance with LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the Financial Services Authority (the 'FSA'), the directorship in other publicly quoted company held by Mr Graham Denis Allan in the previous five years is set out below:Past directorship:- InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (a publicly quoted company in the UK)
We confirm that there are no other details in respect of Mr Graham Allan as required under LR 9.6.13R of the listing rules of the FSA which need to be disclosed by the Company.
