("DF Capital" or the "Company")
Grant of Options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
DF Capital (AIM: DFCH), a specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK, announces the issuance of awards under the terms of the Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc performance share plan ("PSP") to certain Directors of the Company.
The PSP award which are part of a three year incentive plan for a number of senior managers in the Company will vest three years from the Date of Grant, at no cost to the participant, in accordance with the rules of the PSP, provided that the participant remains in employment of the Group at the vesting date and subject to performance conditions having been met. Vesting of the award is subject to Return on Allocated Capital, Earning per Share, loan book growth and risk, culture and performance-related performance conditions. The number of shares shown below represents the potential maximum if all the performance conditions are achieved in full.
