Purchase of Ordinary Shares by a Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs") with them
DF Capital (AIM: DFCH) announces that it has today been informed that Carl D'Ammassa, bought ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 May 2022. Following this purchase and in addition to his participation in the Group's Performance Share Plan, Carl D'Ammassa holds 431,907 shares in the company, or 0.24% of the voting rights.
