New Appointment: Tim Heaton joins as COO/CSO

Dev Clever, a leading developer of gamification solutions and careers guidance software, is pleased to announce Tim Heaton as its new COO and CSO.

Tim, who was previously the Business Development Director for EMEA at Oracle, will join the Company on 1 October 2019 to develop and lead the team in delivering an accelerated global commercial strategy.

Tim joins the Company with 30 years' experience in driving sales, operational efficiency and expansion in growth environments including software as a service (SaaS) globally. Over his career, Tim has developed an in-depth operational understanding of the global retail, hospitality, sports and leisure sectors as well as EPOS and retail technology solutions gained from earlier roles including, Head of Central Operations at Boots Do It All, Retail Software Solutions Director at Wincor Nixdorf, and Director of Sports and Entertainment Solutions at Oracle.

Tim's background, network and experience will provide the Company with the leadership, framework and expertise to exploit the commercial opportunities provided by Dev Clever's existing and new Engage platform partnerships. Tim's experience will also be invaluable in the implementation of our strategy to provide the Company's Educate careers guidance software applications as a joint proposition with a global hardware manufacturer.
