Deltex Medical Group PLC25 May 2006 25 May 2006 Deltex Medical Group plc Directors' Shareholdings Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM quoted haemodynamic monitoringcompany, announces that it has today issued a total of 149,347 new ordinaryshares in the Company to certain non-executive directors and certain advisors tothe Company at a price of 20.00 pence per share. The five non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieuof a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company. Inaddition certain of the Company's advisors have elected to take shares in lieuof cash payment for their services to the Company. Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company and dealings are expected to commence on 01 June 2006. Followingthe issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 76,698,563 ordinaryshares in issue.
