Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified today that certain of its current employees have acquired 83,305 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 83,305 options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme. 

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 2 July 2008.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 99,407,604.
