Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified that certain of its current employees have acquired 241,785 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as the result of the exercise of 241,785 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

In addition, the Company was notified that certain of its current employees have acquired 192,000 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 192,000 options with the exercise prices under the Company's 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme as follows:

- 91,000 at 12.75 pence each

- 61,000 at 15.00 pence each

- 40,000 at 18.50 pence each

Accordingly, application has been made for 433,785 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 31 October 2012

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 151,032,255.
