Notice of Interim Results
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) is pleased to announce that on Friday, 1 September 2023, the Company plans to publish its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 (the "Interim Results"). The Company will host a conference call that day at 12:00pm BST (7:00am EDT) to discuss the Interim Results and will make an audio replay of the event available shortly thereafter.
