Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that several members of the Company's Board of Director's (the "Board") recently transacted in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as set forth below.
Sylvia Kerrigan, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, acquired through the market 10,833 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 86.38 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 September 2023. Following this purchase, Ms. Kerrigan is now interested in 26,827 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.
Kathryn Klaber, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, acquired through the market 11,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 86.40 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 September 2023. Following this purchase, Ms. Klaber is now interested in 21,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
Sandra Stash, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, acquired through the market 10,500 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 85.79 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 September 2023. Following this purchase, Ms. Stash is now interested in 44,681 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital.
