Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:
The Company's total issued share capital now stands at 134,192,146 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each. Additionally, 606,666 ordinary shares of 1 pence each have been admitted for trading yet remain unissued under the block listing announced on 5 May 2011. Therefore the total ordinary shares admitted to trading currently stands at 134,798,812. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
As of today, the total number of voting rights is 134,192,146.
The above figure of 134,192,146 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
