DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
As presaged in the announcement released on 6 January 2011 the Company confirms that Hans Snook, a non-executive Director of the Company, exercised options over 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 12p per Share on 8 January 2011.
Mr. Snook's interest in the Company stands at 3,856,652 shares or approximately 2.9% of the issued Ordinary Share capital outstanding.
