SHARE OPTION EXERCISE AND SHARE OPTION BLOCK LISTING

The Company announces that on November 3rd, 2009 Mr. Christopher Yewdall exercised options over 145,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 10p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Yewdall's interest in the Company stands at 1,467,332 shares or approximately 1.32%.

Mr. Yewdall's shares are part of the block admission that was announced on October 9th and admitted to AIM on October 14th 2009.

An application has been made for a block listing of an additional 126,668 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company to be admitted to AIM, pursuant to the Company's obligations under the July 29th 2005 share option plan and the April 24th 2008 share option plan (the 'Plans').

Participants in the Plans have become entitled to these shares following the vesting of share awards. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the block admission will become effective on 11 November 2009.

Following the admission, for the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 111,878,074 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 111,878,074.

The above figure of 111,878,074 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
